Your parcel shipment

The parcel are generally shipped the same day if the order is placed before 14h00 (if all products are in stock) and after receiving the payment confirmation by credit card or paypal .
The standard shipping is made through Colissimo International, but you can choose between other carriers.

Shipping in Europe takes between 3 and 5 working days, between 10 and 15 days worldwide and need to be signed.
A tracking number will be available and sent to you by email once the parcel has been shipped, so that you can easily track your order status.

The shipping costs includes the box, manutention and the shipping costs. They can contain a fixed price as well as a variable price depending on the size and weight of the parcel and the carrier you selected.
We advice you to consolidate your needs in one and single order if possible. We can not regroup two separate orders placed on different days, the shipping costs for both orders will be invoiced.
Your parcel is shipping at your own risk, but all parcel are packed and protected for the maximum safety.
